Every session is one-on-one: you lie back, breathe, and let me do the work. I’ll target the tight spots holding you back — hips from heavy squats, shoulders from hours on the bike, hamstrings that never quite let go — using professional-grade tables, straps, and support equipment from my fully portable setup.
Because I come to you, there’s no learning a new space or fitting one more stop into your day. We set up inside the gym, studio, or practice you already trust, and you walk out feeling taller, looser, and ready for your next session.
Stretching only works when it’s consistent — and consistency only happens when the plan actually fits your life. We start with a full flexibility and mobility assessment, then build a personalized program that targets your restrictions in the right order: first the joints that limit you most, then the patterns that keep them locked up.
Your plan is progressive and measurable. We re-test your range of motion, track what’s improving, and adjust the programming as you gain — so a plan that starts as weekly sessions can evolve into a maintenance rhythm that protects your gains long-term. Everything is scheduled around your training, so hard sessions and deep stretch work complement each other instead of competing.
PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) works with your nervous system, not against it. Instead of forcing a muscle longer, I guide you through contract-and-relax patterns: you gently push against my resistance, then release — and your nervous system “allows” a deeper stretch than passive stretching alone can reach.
Why it matters: your flexibility ceiling is largely set by protective reflexes, not by your muscles’ actual length. PNF recalibrates those reflexes, which is why gains come faster and hold longer than from stretching alone. It’s the same method used in physical therapy and by professional athletes — now delivered one-on-one, wherever you train.
